Tandoori Mix

You may or may not know this, but Tandoori dishes are named after the clay tandoor oven they are traditionally made in. Give your chicken, meat, vegetable, paneer, and tofu a memorable flavour boost with my latest spice mix.





What makes my tandoori mix best for your cooking is that it does not contain too much salt like other commercial blends, and it is made fresh from my own kitchen. You will find yourself using this magical masala powder repeatedly, it is that good!

Ingredients: Kashmiri Chillies, Ginger and Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Fenugreek Leaves, Amchur Powder, Black Pepper, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Paprika Powder.

Cooking Method: To prepare the marinate, use your desired amount of tandoori mix, and add to yogurt, lemon juice, and ghee/oil. Peirce each chicken piece thoroughly and add the marinade mixture. Cover and leave for 2 to 3 hours. Arrange the chicken pieces on the oven tray and leave to cook for 45 minutes.  Place the tray under high setting grill until the chicken becomes light brown. Drizzle lemon juice and ghee and add fresh coriander.

Product must be cooked before consumption.
